This gorgeous home started as our Rambler Model home and transformed into a beautiful space for a lovely family. (Continue reading below.)
Nick and Melissa Adams were searching for a place to bring their family back to. After living in a few different cities, they wanted to move their family back to Fargo. They wanted a place that their whole family would love and appreciate. They relied heavily on the guidance of their realtor, Mari Santoyo Perry, who guided them to Rocking Horse Farm.
The homeowners and the team had opted for a timeless exterior. This rambler features steep roof pitches, something not usually seen in this style of home. Other stand out exterior features are the blend of detailed materials, the use of columns and the oversized front porch.
When working with the homeowners, Brandi’s work had to be done remotely. The Adams were still in Arizona. After an initial zoom call she gave them some different lighting options to set the tone of the design. From there, they decided on a more geometric, “Mid-century style with touches of bohemian-organic.” This is a fusion for the ages and is as timeless as it is stunning.
The Adams happily moved into their new home on June 1st. Since settling in, they have been enjoying the community garden at Rocking Horse Farms and have been picking corn and visiting the pumpkin patch.
