Primarily we build in the Fargo-Moorhead and Lakes area, but we are willing to work wherever it makes sense.
Each home's construction timeline can vary quite a bit, but most fall within a 6-9 month time frame, depending on the size of the project. Design time also varies depending primarily on each client's own schedule and vision. However, our team works hard and plans diligently to ensure that there are no scheduling surprises or delays once construction has started.
Pin pointing a plan that fits your budget is the biggest piece of pre-construction conversation. This is why our team is thorough in the design process and is careful to spend adequate time developing the budget concurrently with the design in order to make sure the two are aligned. Our final pricing will be very specific and will contain selections and allowances tailored to your style and budget. By this time, much of the legwork has been done in selecting finishes that fit within your budget. Of course, we welcome you to modify and refine product and finish selections as the construction process progresses; we want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
We don't penalize you for changes in the scope of work. Changes are a common part of the process and we are committed to making the necessary changes throughout the process to ensure the end product is fulfilling your vision. If the desired change results in additional cost, we will issue a change order accordingly; if the desired change results in a decrease in cost, we will pass along the savings!

There are a few common financing scenarios for new construction and we can work with all of them! Whether you are working with a personal lender for the construction financing or you would like us to finance the project, we will work with you to ensure the process goes smoothly.
We have no "standard" allowances. Our allowances are tailored to your home, your style, and your budget.
We would love the opportunity to provide pricing for your plans! We apply the same approach in pricing whether you bring us the blueprints or they were generated in-house.
